I have been member from 12 months at 24 Hour Fitness! The gym 🏋️ is always clean and well-maintained, with a wide range of equipment for all types of workouts. The staff members are super friendly, especially Angel and Bryce - they're awesome! The amenities like sauna, pool, and steam room are a great bonus. I highly recommend this gym 🏋️ for strength training and overall fitness. Five stars isn't enough 😊!"

As soon as I walked into To the gym BUSTER Greeted me with a smile and great customer service. He took pride in showing me the whole facility. He explained everything thoroughly and Clearly with a smile on his face, I really appreciate His friendliness and great customer service… Thank you, Buster

Have a lifetime membership from 2005. Used to have access to about 23 gyms here in Houston area. There are only about 6 gyms now. Of the very few gyms left, I didn't have access to this gym in particular. Wesley and the other management were able to get me in. They have very good staff here. To include Ryan, Shalome, Mariela, Davis, Angel Vu and others. Equipment could be updated. A few machines have not been in service for a while, but back to the staff, they are always on the floor, cleaning, throwing trash out refilling cleaning paper rolls etc... great environment in this location. Hope 24 hrs returns to it's glory days and opens more locations. Of all gyms I have assisted, they always have the best vibe for me.

I visited the 24 Hour Fitness at Willowbrook for the first time, and Lamont was the only one there. Despite that, he gave me a fantastic virtual rundown of the facility. He explained everything in detail and made sure I knew exactly where everything was. Lamont was clear, patient, and made my first visit smooth and welcoming. A great experience all around!

Need a new gym? COME HERE This place is AMAZING! Their workout equipment is incredible, the staff super friendly, shout out to Ryan at the front desk, and it's CLEAN. I've never seen a place so clean and organized. Plus the store selection is well organized and fully stocked! Definately coming back several times a week for a while.
