Chris was v helpful. He quickly and efficiently helped me get out of a locker jamb when I was in a rush out. Jasmine is my main squeeze, cutting me in on all the good deals and events happening of the day. They remember my name and I feel welcome. I appreciate everything all of you do. The architecture and customer service here really sets this 24 above all others (at least in my mind)

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this gym. Christian has been incredibly helpful and kind during my last two visits. He even followed up to make sure I was properly set up with a personal trainer and on a solid plan, which I truly appreciate. His genuine approach and follow-through made a big difference for my experience coming back to this gym Banks at the front desk has such a caring heart and so much passion for what she does. I truly believe a lot of this gym’s success comes from her presence alone. She always makes clients feel welcomed and comfortable, which keeps people coming back. She is consistently professional, well-groomed, and dependable, and she makes the gym feel like a second family to me. Laraun is always extremely respectful and greets everyone with a smile, which never goes unnoticed. Kiki brings great energy during the nighttime hours—she’s bubbly and attentive, which is especially appreciated by late-night guests. I’m extremely grateful for the staff at this location. They truly care, and it shows every time I walk through the doors.

I maintained a membership at 24 Hour Fitness for over a year and visited multiple locations at different times of day, throughout the year. Despite trying to give the brand a fair chance, about 80% of my visits were deeply disappointing. Even in higher income areas, the facilities were poorly maintained. While cleaning staff were sometimes present, they appeared to focus the front of the gym. At times only one team member was present while the rest of the facility was neglected, consistently filthy. Sanitation was a recurring issue. Locker rooms and bathrooms were disgusting with hair, grime, trash, visible mold, broken tiles, dirty mirrors. Jacuzzi and sauna areas often showed dirt buildup, raising serious hygiene concerns. These are basic essentials, not luxuries. This was especially frustrating because these are spaces that require constant attention to remain safe and sanitary. Much of the equipment was outdated, rusted, or damaged. Machines with torn upholstery and exposed padding, which poses a clear health and safety risk. I was paying for the highest tier membership with nationwide access and guest privileges, yet I never brought a guest because I was embarrassed by the condition of the facilities. It was also common to see people treating the gym as a living space, bringing luggage, eating full meals in the locker rooms, spending hours there daily, and occupying amenities indefinitely. This created an unsettling atmosphere, especially when trying to change or use the locker rooms. While one staff member, Mackenzie, was kind and genuinely helpful, most staff members were disengaged and unresponsive to issues that felt urgent, such as broken equipment and nonfunctional amenities. The cancellation process was difficult, and I was charged after attempting to cancel, with refunds refused. Ultimately, I chose to leave and join EOS, where the facilities are consistently clean and management appears far more attentive. Based on my experience, I will not recommend 24 Hour Fitness.

One of the most ghetto 24hrs I’ve ever been to. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and was overflowing as usual (It always has problems apparently). There was pee on the stairs, the night shift worker wasn’t there so I had no one to report these issues to, there were some baby dolls near the pool area? (Creepy) The list goes on. And apparently you’ve got homeless people sleeping in the basketball court now. Not sure if that’s a product of this location being near downtown but I wouldn’t go here unless I absolutely had to. The location near in the heights is way better.
