love this gym! cleanest gym i’ve ever been to! yes it’s a bit older, but who cares when all the machines work & the facility is BEYOND clean! this is definitely my favorite gym! Rell is always friendly & polite! Best customer service!

Elise was very nice, helpful, and FUNNY! She gave me tips on great and exercises. She was a whole vibe and gave me helpful information on which membership is the best. Also she was very welcoming & genuine. I love her personality. She made me want to come back to the gym at any time!

Best customer service! Always goes out of the way to help you and give you best deal possible. They have pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. The sauna is almost always over 170. Which is key to anyone that uses one daily. I bring my whole family here! Good Veteran discount too! Elise. Is the one of the best store sales manager this office has have. I hope she can stick it out and stay her as long as possible. She’s definitely trying to make this a better experience for everyone.

I recently visited 24 Hour Fitness and had a great experience. The gym itself is well-equipped, clean, and spacious, making every workout comfortable and enjoyable. I must give a special shoutout to Nathaniel at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help me. He patiently explained the facilities and making sure all my questions were answered. It was a delightful first impression, and it's staff like Nathaniel that truly make a place welcoming. Highly recommend!

I came to this gym as a guest and the hospitality that I received was amazing. The front desk staff greeted me with open arms & answered all of my questions. I specifically came to use the wet areas & was pleased to see they had someone on hand cleaning the pool and hot tub floors as I was entering the steam room. There’s also a showering area near the hot tub that I used to rinse off after the steam room. The locker rooms for the women are spacious so I had no issues finding somewhere to put my things. The shower I used in the locker room had great water pressure and maintained its hot temperature as well. Overall, I had a great first time experience and I will be back.
