If you need someone to motivate you, create a new workout routine each visit & help you with nutrition - Itzy is who you need. She has helped me stay focused on my health through some really tough times. I am thankful for her constant motivation and encouragement. I love my muscles, the ability to move around and fit my clothes! Highly recommend 10th fitness.

What a gem! This private gym has great A/C, plenty of equipment, multiple treadmills, and several sets of weights. It’s always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. There’s ample parking, a convenient water station, and it’s a great place to work out. I feel safe going on my own, and the atmosphere is inviting for people of all fitness levels and goals. With so many options for different workouts, it’s easy to stay motivated and actually enjoy coming here.

Great gym! Absolutely love it! Glad I found this hidden gem! It has all the equipment you need to get a solid workout in, no matter your fitness level. The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful and the environment is clean, motivating, and never too crowded. I love that there’s also a coffee bar.. Total game changer! Perfect for a pre or post workout boost. Definitely one of the best places in Houston to stay focused and get results.

Itzy is the best!! I trained with her for 6 months, once a week at her gym. She kept the workouts interesting and fun, and did a great job of taking account my beginner fitness level, although she did a great job pushing and motivating me! She was always very accessible and I never felt alone on this fitness journey, I highly recommend working with her!! I lost 25 lbs during my time with her and am so grateful to her for teaching me healthy habits!!

I joined 10th Fitness in June 2023 looking for a challenge and accountability and invested a year training with them. Coach Jerome took me to places I never thought I could go! I had foot surgery about 3 months before joining and Coach worked with me to get my foot right and his training led to me doing a 15K Tough Mudder (my first time) in March 2024. At 45 years old, things become more challenging as you get older but that doesn't mean you should ever stop trying to be better! Coach Jerome, Coach Itsy and the rest of the crew are top notch. 100% recommend them as your coaches. They will get you to where you need to be with time, effort, and patience. It has been one of the best experiences I have had!
