Really stellar yoga teaching. All of the teachers bring something unique and valuable to the practice, and while they’re all different their common thread is kindness and talent. UWS Yoga & Wellness is an oasis of easy restorative calm in a hurried city. I’m truly grateful for this studio.

This studio is amazing. The teachers are knowledgeable and exceptional at explaining how everything should feel, where everything should be, etc and the classes are challenging but also incorporate the yogic principles, meditation and teachings. I am so happy I found this place. Other studios I tried out felt like yoga was just another workout class on the schedule, but this feels like true yoga practice. My favorites so far have been restorative with Laura or Ingrid and any class with Jaime, but I’m looking forward to trying more!

This studio has changed my life. I went from no physical movement outside of my work, to showing up for class 5 days a week. I’d go every day if my schedule allowed it. I’ve enjoyed different classes from every single teacher. It’s a workout of the body, but also the mind. I have never felt more at peace in my life than now. I’m committed for life. I cannot recommend joining this studio enough. It’s the first place I’ve felt comfortable and free in a work out environment. This place is for EVERYONE. Big, small, all genders, young, old, etc. So grateful. 🙏🏻❤️
