I’ve been training with Al for about a year. What I like the most about his training is his personal approach and constant motivation. During 3 months of his strength training I was amazed how much strength I gained. Al’s kettlebell strength program is the best I’ve ever tried and very well thought out with variety of exercises so you are never tired of doing the same workout. Al’s workouts are hard and challenging, but he always pushes me to reach my potential. His attitude and positive energy shines through either it’s online training or in person!

Come lift things (well, kettlebells) up and put them down at Unleash Fit. These kettlebell classes are run by Alejandro, who is everything you'd want in a trainer. He is enthusiastic and genuine - he gets hype over whatever success you have even if it is nailing that one push up. He also encourages you to try your best and also provides modifications if you are dealing with any physical issues (strains, pains, medications that impact joints, etc. etc.). What's more, he explains the purpose behind the exercises. The classes themselves are challenging but manageable and I always walk away feeling stronger, more confident, and secure in knowing that I have learned proper technique. Each class has something different too, so there's no getting bored. Plus, Alejandro provides individual coaching to each person in class tailored to their skill set. He even encourages you to ask questions about the workouts. tl;dr Unleash Fit is run by a great, knowledgeable, and caring trainer. The kettlebell class are a challenge but worth it.
