The Ness is the best. I cannot say enough great things about the ness. Let's start with the studio, just beautiful and super clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The classes are all outstanding, and no two are ever alike. The online experience is Excellent. The Digital Library is extensive. Class availability is plenty, seven days a week. The team is always thinking about ways to make things even better.

I was able to take my first class today and I have to say instructor Adam for trampoline is amazing!!! The vibes in class were so friendly and warming, you can totally tell Adam is really knowledgeable. The combinations were stimulating and challenging in the best way possible. The class gradually increased in intensity and by the end, my friend Kevin and I felt so good in our bodies. I totally recommend!

The best workout! I’ve also used the sauna & cold plunge, which is a nice benefit to add after class if you have time. I’m a recent convert to bounce - it’s great for cross training, and my body & mind feel amazing after. So far I’ve taken classes with Jessica & Lil and both are excellent teachers. Everyone is super welcoming. Highly recommend the ness!

I’ve both been to The Ness’s studio and used their digital program, and no matter how you choose to bounce with them, they’re the absolute best fitness studio there is! The trainers are SO friendly, the routines are original, and no two workouts are the same. They’re open to teaching you at all levels, so it’s a completely come as you are atmosphere that feels welcoming and warm from day one. I’m a bouncer for life!

Lil is a fabulous trampoline coach. She is energetic and welcoming. This class does great effect on cardio, balance, coordination and core strength. The best trampoline class ever .I am so lucky to attend this class. Great environment in casa capari hotel.
