The Gravity Vault - Upper Saddle River, NJ

My daughter had her birthday party here in June and it was fantastic! The staff were incredible—every single team member was friendly, attentive, and knew the birthday girl’s name. They kept the party flowing smoothly with fun games and climbing contests that kept all the kids engaged and encouraged. The party room was spacious with plenty of extra seating for adults, and there was additional seating right outside as well. It truly felt low-stress for us parents, which is saying a lot. What stood out most was the staff’s kindness and enthusiasm. They made every child feel included and excited. This was easily one of the best kids’ party experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend The Gravity Vault for a fun, worry-free celebration!

I love coming to the Gravity Vault to climb. I climbed a bit later than I usually do and I was so impressed with how clean the bathrooms were. I love how informative and helpful the staff is. Mody and Ben went out of their way to make my climbing experience even better. I’m so happy they work here. 👍

Been climbing here a long time and in recent months they have really upped their game. Climbing is a big part of my life and so it really means a lot when the gym makes an effort to foster its community. Lately, they have been visibly more focused on this, which prompted me to write this review after 7 years of being a member. In particular, they have been holding better and more frequent events, often including including live music and games run by members of the community. Gestures like these really make a climbing gym so much more than just a training facility.

My granddaughter wanted to go rock climbing, so we came to the Gravity Vault & opted for the 1 hour session. The staff provided great assistance & climbing directions, especially Fernando. There were a lot of climbers of varying ages & skill levels. We had a great time & would definitely come back.

Took my son and his friend for an hour staff belay. The instructor Declan was absolutely awesome. Help my son really find his groove on the wall. And took extra time with his friend to build his confidence. We will definitely be back.
