Did my first session plus 2 others already, I really really enjoy them. Team members are super friendly and the intro session they took time to explain to us. Im gonna keep going

Omg this place is amazing. I've had 3 spin classes with different instructors and each one has made the experience enjoyable. Being a bit on the plus side I was worried I would have a hard time but I kept to my pace and music and the group helped to push me each time in a good way. I'm now trying to get friends to join. Amazing place to sweat!

Had a great time coming out of my cave and do spin w this instructor, Nicholas Spadaro. He pushes you through positive reinforcement and body positivity and he also rides and sweats with you all the way. He also does these innovative postures that make you feel great and up high with confidence. I believe you get much more than just a sweat out of his class. Can’t wait to do more w him and check out the other instructors and their styles! The venue has a diverse group of races, ages and genders so truly tailored to everyone and not just the young and fit as other cycling studios

They are very unresponsive. I’ve been trying to reach out since the summer when they come on gympass to understand how I’d be able to book a class since their schedule isn’t on the app like other studios. Their number doesn’t go through, they don’t respond on socials. I was really excited to go to this location but the customer service is a major turnoff.

I paid $15 for a beginner's ride and truly regret it. The phone number displayed for this place is actually belongs to the pharmacy next door. I showed up in person after weeks of trying to contact someone from FH Spin on the phone (I also messaged FH Spin on instagram the led nowhere), just to greeted by an empty desk. Despite the door to the establishment being open, the place was quiet and dimly lit. I stood by the front desk for a few moments before hearing muffled voices coming from a closed door. I went to knock on the door and found out that there's a nail business going on in there-so I guess a business within a business?? I found the whole situation to be bizarre, and at that point I was fed up.
