SoulCycle is my go-to spot for an amazing workout, and my recent visit to this location was fantastic! I came specifically to catch a class with Dominique before she passed her test, and it was such a great experience. Dominique is an incredible instructor — super friendly, energetic, and motivating. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her classes always leave me feeling inspired and accomplished. The setup at this location is excellent, with a layout that’s both functional and inviting. The bikes are well-maintained, and the sound and lighting create the perfect vibe for an intense and enjoyable ride. I also appreciate how clean and organized everything is — it’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping the space spotless. Whether you’re a regular or trying SoulCycle for the first time, this location delivers on every front. I can’t wait to take more classes and continue enjoying the positive energy of this studio. Highly recommend!

My home away from home in NYC. From the moment you walk in, the staff will do everything they can to make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need. Julia and her team run the studio like the navy, but with extremely good vibes. The classes are some of the fullest in NYC which is credit to Master Instructors like Janet and Laurie. Both are incredibly accomplished storytellers, entertainers and builders of community. Through their teaching they will pick you up when you’re having a bad day and challenge you to take yourself to new heights when you’re having a good one. I have met some of my favorite people in New York since I started going in 2022, and most of the evening and weekend classes have a friendly and supportive regular clientele. The men’s changing room has more showers than most studios in NYC, and while the space can sometimes be crowded it’s all part of the atmosphere. All in all, 10/10 recommend.

Good work out for a drop-in with coworkers. Staff was friendly, enough lockers, and showers. The studio itself was very crowded (it's NYC) and the workout itself was typical of a large group cycling class. I would not see myself making this my day-to-day fitness but it was good as a one-off

The studio is clean, but a little cramped. My issue in a recent class was the unwanted hands on modifications. I get that occasionally getting support in a class is fine, but I feel like I was targeted and it took me out of the moment. I did not act receptive to the hands on modification and was working to my body, yet the instructor kept engaging with me. And every time the instructor headed toward my bike, it distracted me from the class because I thought she was going to touch me and adjust my bike without me requesting help. The instructor also had weird, non-inclusive commentary about exercise habits that could be intimidating for new students. Basically this class was a SoulCycle cliche and I would be hesitant to go to this studio again.
