Members consistently praise the high-energy instructors who create motivating class environments, with specific shoutouts to Karyn, Roxy, Sam Y, and Trammell for delivering exceptional rides that leave participants feeling energized and pushed beyond their limits. Many appreciate the clean facilities with ample lockers and showers, though one review mentioned isolated cleanliness concerns. While most find staff helpful and kind, there was one significant complaint about rude front desk service that led to membership cancellation. The classes are described as intense and worth the price despite being on the expensive side, with members noting the studio's iconic status in New York City.

It was first with SoulCyle NoHo. Front desk was so helpful and kind. They make sure you are supported. The space has plenty of lockers and clean showers. The class with Karyn was great. I left feeling energized, strong and grateful.

The iconic SoulCycle studio in NYC. Ride with Sam Y or Trammell. The only thing they’re missing is Jonas, who’s also an amazing Soul instructor- you can take his classes at Nomad, the West Village, and 19th Street.

This one is so hyped and I tried it too😎 It was pricey but it was worth it. Instructor and staff memebers are so kind and energetic. Class was bomb. My legs were shaking after this LOL. I thought I was strong but I wasn't🤣🤣 You can go beyond your limit!

Came for a class over Thanksgiving weekend and the studio wasn't packed at all, since a lot of folks went home for that holiday. There are ample lockers and showers (~7) in this location. The facilities are decently kept, with towels restocked promptly after classes. I took a class with Roxy and she had great energy, even with a more intimate class. She ensured to call out people's names during class to keep spirits high. Staff here is just okay, but helpful nonetheless.

Super dirty area and lack of care from the support who just strap a shoe on and don’t help you adjust it or give you any info, bald man at the front desk was super rude, have never seen such disdain for customer service EVER. He should not be in his job position. Told me we couldn’t take the class and to either pay $50 or leave outside and call customer service who told me the guy just lied to me :/. Cancelled my membership over this and for good reason since the classes were mid anyways. Highly do not recommend going here, there’s a CorePower next door that is so much better anyways
