The facility provides practical amenities including communal lockers for easy bag drop and separate male and female shower rooms downstairs, complete with shower towels and toiletries. Members note the studio layout is interesting with walls and mirrors, and while the downstairs locker area can feel narrow, the facilities are generally described as clean and well-managed.
reviewsWhat Members Say
Members consistently praise specific instructors like Arantza and Kristopher for their high-energy coaching, great music, and the incredible atmosphere they create in class. They appreciate the clean facilities, communal lockers, and available showers with provided towels and toiletries. However, significant concerns are raised about inconsistent and sometimes rude front desk service, poor management communication regarding incident resolution, and a lack of clear safety protocols, with some members reporting feeling dismissed or unsafe. Cost is also noted as a limiting factor for regular attendance.

Everyone at this branch is very nice and friendly. They have communal lockers for quick and easy bag drop and they have male/female shower rooms downstairs for those that need it. I went to Kristophers class and he smashed it! Great music, great attitude, great vibe!! Just wish it was a little cheaper and then I could go more.

Decided to try this location out and it wasn't bad! Like some SoulCycle studios, this location has lockers both upstairs and downstairs. If you're planning on showering after class, I suggest a locker downstairs with their showers. Small con is that the locker area downstairs is a bit narrow. They have a few showers (~4), with shower towels and all the necessary toiletries. The spin studio layout itself is a bit interesting, given the walls and mirrors, but not the worst studio l've been to. The facilities here were clean and well managed, and the staff were kind and helpful in setting up my bike.

Arantza and her Latino Sessions are absolutely THE BEST. Her energy, professionalism, and the atmosphere she creates in class are incredible. It’s just such a shame that I won’t be coming back because of how I was treated at the front desk. I arrived 7 minutes late and was not allowed to enter. I completely understand that studios have policies, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. The reasons she gave me were vague and it felt like she just didnt want to let me in. As a result, I lost 18 credits on ClassPass, which is disappointing, but even more disappointing was the lack of basic courtesy. Arantza deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the front desk experience overshadowed what would otherwise be an amazing studio.

I had an unfortunate situation at the studio on Jan 8th They said that they will contact me and they never did. I have to reach out to the and I got to talk to Ottis the District Manager unfortunately, the information he provided to me differed significantly from what I was initially told when the incident took place. According to Ottis, the resolution was that no action could be taken because there was no prior record of this individual. However, I was informed by staff at the studio that they had encountered similar incidents with this person in the past. Ottis suggested that I continue attending classes and report any further issues, which I find concerning and unacceptable. I do not believe that I should be expected to put myself at risk in any way. Then I talk with VP Operations, Keri Saggio who was very nice and promised me to take action and let me know would put some work and keep me updated with further action. That hasn’t happened yet, 2 month later of the incident. She also Offered me to ride with so I feel save, which I find interesting, and ask her if she’s going to ride with me every time I book a class at the studio to ensure my safety, I assume the answer is no. But what are you going to do for us to guaranteed our safety? If you guys have no protocols for harassment that’s on you but there should be concrete action and unfortunately it haven’t happened. Anyway if you are a woman, queer or POC person think twice before using Soulcycle.

Bathroom is dirty, upon entering staff did not greet me But greeted the lady of an opposing race. Did not ask if I needed to purchase shoes. Phone started vibrating in the studio, I silenced it to Place it back in my pocket a staff member snatched it on my hand and said that he will keep it upstairs behind the desk as if I’m a child. This is my second experience with SoulCycle the first one was pretty good however Avoid this location they need to shut down. Never in my life have an experience something such. Will be making a video review And posting on both of my platforms.
