I had an invigorating morning at SoulCycle today, and it was nothing short of amazing! The instructor led us through an exhilarating ride filled with powerful music and motivational cues that pushed me to give it my all. He made the workout both challenging and incredibly fun.

A very nice and well organized location. Having two entrances to the studio itself makes getting around a lot easier, given that this is a social hub as well as a fitness thing! Incredibly long lines for the showers which isn't surprising since most people are probably going back to work in this neighborhood! Lovely overall !

Went twice during my stay in NYC — friendly staff and a clean space. The music and instructor’s microphone were extremely loud during class, which was a bit of a downside. I made a mistake when booking online and was charged twice. I brought it up during my second visit, and the staff promised a refund, but I haven’t received it yet — hence another 2-star deduction.

the class was okay! but what really sucked was the locker room. They incredibly tiny with nowhere to change/put your stuff while you’re changing. The only bench they do have in the “locker room” was right by the entrance so you couldn’t really change there because everyone outside of the locker room could see you.

Attended the Tate McRae vs Sabrina Carpenter v Ariana Grande class on on 16 Oct, class was not hard enough and no guidance from instructor to drive intensity. At one point, the instructor rode with the class in silence. Gave feedback to front desk but wasn't taken onboard or written down. Not worth.
