Great gym nice and convenient. Has everything that you need in a regular conventional gym plus another room for CrossFit type training. I would highly recommend this to friends and family that want to work out in a private setting.

I have been to other gyms, but this was the first time with a personal trainer. I trained with Rocky for several months until I moved away. Was a great experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, and personalized my workouts (and music) to meet my needs. I also trained with Rocky in group sessions. The private sessions challenged me and allowed me to up my limits, while the group sessions gave me competition to keep me motivated. When I didn't feel up to it during the one-on-one sessions, Rocky would often join in the workouts and challenge me to a personal competition. One of the things I miss having moved away!

Rocky is knowledgeable, motivational, and always pushes me to my limits in a safe and supportive way. The workouts can be challenging, but Rocky takes the time to explain the exercises to help me perfect my form and avoid injury. I would highly recommend Rocky to anyone who's just starting out on their fitness journey for an effective training experience!

Rocky is an incredible personal trainer who keeps me super motivated and in shape. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. The facilities are clean and sanitary and the equipment new and updated. I highly recommend!

I had been training with Rocky for over 6 month and it had been an amazing experience. I had my fair share of personal trainers so I have what to compare to also. Been meeting with Rocky 2-3 times a week and work out are really spot one . Will leave details that speak out the most 1. He changes different sets of work outs every month , it really keeps you going and far from boring 2. He is perfect balance of pushy when need to be and considerate 3. I got a lot stronger and more consistent .he focuses on circuit training which is nice mix or power lifting movements and other exercises. 4. He came to my house and worked out with me in my home gym , which is super convenient , I had been to his studio a couple of times and its well equipped as well 5. He is plainly a nice guy to be around , pleasure to work out with
