I love the spin classes at Prime cycle! Instructors are great, there are a wide range of classes with various music genres to themed classes:) Ali and Julie’s classes are awesome, I love their energy! Classes are also beginner friendly, the instructors remind everyone to tune into and listen to their own body and how they’re feeling for the day so as not to overwork (p.s. even my partner who has never been to spin started coming for weekly classes with me!!)🤭 Plus, they send you a summary of your workout after every session - data collected on your bike!💯

I’m new to Hoboken and I am making my rounds checking out all the studios with the class pass trial. This was the first studio that the front desk was actually welcoming and showed me around. I took the “best butt ever” class with Hady & he was also the first Instructor out of all the other studios I’ve tried to greet me, check on me during the class and afterwards! The class was also great! Definitely will be back!

We had the BEST time at Prime Cycle + Body kicking off my bachelorette weekend! We were a group of about 10 girls, and it was such a fun way to start the morning together. Ali was absolutely amazing her energy was unmatched and she made the class so much fun for everyone, no matter our fitness levels. The music, the vibes, and the overall atmosphere were incredible. Huge thank you to the entire Prime team for being so welcoming and making this experience so special. I’m beyond thankful highly recommend for group events and bachelorettes!

Erin is an incredible reformer pilates instructor, her class was a great workout that was very grounded in classical pilates principles & felt accessible to a wide variety while still being challenging. Studio space was very clean, staff was very welcoming.

Nina’s class was amazing! The flow was great, the exercises were unique, and the challenge level was perfect. Can’t wait to take her class again.
