I’ve taken classes with a few instructors and all are great, I especially like Ann and Vanessa. Classes are no larger than 8 and you get 1:1 attention and correction. I’ve been to a few “trendier” studios in nyc and this has been my best experience, the instructors care and are there to help you improve and learn. It’s obvious they know what their doing and want you to practice safely to get stronger.

Here’s a refined review you might use: I recently had 3 private Pilates sessions with Vanessa F. at the studio, and it was a great investment. I’m still relatively new to Pilates so I really appreciated Vanessa’s clear and detailed explanation of each exercise with an emphasis on proper breathing and alignment. But it was Vanessa’s gentle guidance and corrections that allowed me to engage my muscles in a way that felt truly different . Each time I left feeling strong, aligned, and genuinely connected to my core. My practice continues to improve. I highly recommend a private with Vanessa!

I have been coming to this studio for several years now and have become an instructor myself through their teacher training program. Ann is a fantastic instructor and teacher. Kelly Anne’s Pilates class is amazing! She is incredibly patient and creates such a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Her instruction is clear and supportive, and she knows exactly how to challenge you just enough to keep you progressing without feeling overwhelmed. The energy in her class is always uplifting, making every session both effective and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a Pilates instructor who truly cares and keeps you motivated, Kelly is the one! I was trained through the Balanced Body program with Ann Toran, and what I really appreciate about this studio is its commitment to quality, thoughtful Pilates and keeps the integrity of the method. There's a real sense of community here—we get to know each other as teachers and as students. I still take classes alongside the students I teach, which makes it even better!
