Great experience with my Peloton delivery and setup. The two guys who came out were professional, friendly, and made the process smooth from start to finish. They set up the bike, walked me through everything, and made sure my membership was up and running before they left. I appreciated how easy they made it. I was ready to ride right away!

Great experience and if you are big into peloton or own a peloton bike/tread this is a must! Apply for classes early and keep checking the waitlists to see if you can get in! If you do get off the waitlist you will be emailed and will have 2 hours to claim the spot before you lose it. It is worth checking the webpage often in the weeks and days heading into your desired weekend to try and get a spot!

Incredible experience! Traveled from Michigan for live classes and it didn't disappoint. The studio is spotless, the staff is wonderful, and the instructors are amazing. The locker rooms are top-tier. I wish the sale room had a better merch selection, but overall, it's a must-visit for any Peloton member! 500th Live class with Olivia Amato (:

Had such a great experience at Peloton studios! The whole team made everything so smooth and enjoyable. Cody was even more fab in person, and so nice. A big thank you to Jamole for being so kind and helpful throughout my visit, to Juan for helping troubleshoot the bike and getting pics, and to Gina for helping me pick out some cute outfits. I felt really taken care of from start to finish—can’t wait to come back again, hopefully soon!

Probably one of the worst customer service experience of my life , and that doesn’t even begin to explain how rude and unhelpful they were. We requested to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor used an inappropriate term purpose to my wife which Peloton has reviewed and acknowledged via email but refuses to address the issue any further . I would tell you to save your money and go somewhere else. Still am a huge fan of the bike and the classes but they are a complete embarrassment with costumer service .. ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL , GO ELSEWHERE
