Took a yoga class this morning with Lital and it was exactly what I needed as someone that is starting her fitness journey again for the 5th time this year. She is very patient and engaging. It truly felt like a safe space to show up for myself and be myself. The space and energy is clean. Definitely will be back!

NY Loved Yoga is a gem of a studio on the Upper West Side. It has a warm, down-to-earth vibe that makes everyone feel welcome. The instructors are knowledgeable and kind. Classes are thoughtful and intentional, with a perfect balance of movement, breath, and stillness. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a space to reconnect, reset, and feel part of a genuine community. Highly recommend!

NY Loves Yoga is my favorite yoga studio space in NYC. It is magical. It feels like an oasis in the middle of the bustling city. All the teachers are super high quality and well-trained in various modalities of yoga. There is something offered for everyone. Go! Go! Go!

I have been going to NY Loves Yoga for years and this is the best Yoga studio around. They have built a beautiful neighborhood community. The teachers are incredible and there is a class for every level of practice. The once a month Yoga Nidra and sound bowls is truly something special.

I really enjoyed my class with Lucas and found it grounding, well taught and super relaxing. I wanted to share one small reflection from my perspective as a Hindu American. Ending the class with singing Om Shanti Om, with a ukulele especially in a room where I was the only (brown person) and everyone else was white including the teacher, felt a bit uncomfortable. I am sure Lucas knows that it is a sacred mantra/sound in Hinduism, and while I do believe it can have calming benefits for everyone, regardless of religion, in this context it felt somewhat disconnected from its cultural and spiritual roots. I am sharing this gently and with deep respect truly.
