i absolutely love NYP! I've been going for over a year now and have taken classes at most of the Manhattan and Hamptons studios. The classes are a perfect mix of traditional/classic reformer with just enough dynamism and spice to make the classes more challenging than a standard class. The studios are beautiful and the vibes are immaculate! The instructors are all extremely professional and create a very relaxing yet elevated environment. Their monthly membership is an amazing value and at one point I was going every single day! The locations are also proximate to most train lines, making all of the studios easily accessible. When I recently cancelled due to an out of state move, the customer service was amazing and not only helped me cancel my membership but also offered to reimburse me the class credits for the last month and also gave me a free membership to their online platform so I could continue to keep up with NYP remotely. The customer service representative was a total delight to interact with and I am so appreciative of the online membership.

I love New York Pilates Flatiron! The studio is super clean, has great vibes, and is such a good intro to reformer Pilates. The classes feel welcoming and not intimidating at all, which I really appreciated. I took my mom here for her first Pilates class and she loved it. A couple things to know: they do not play music with lyrics (just jazzy vibes in the background), and there are no mirrors or showers. But honestly, the workout is great and the studio itself is a really nice place to be. Overall, a great Pilates studio if you are looking for a solid burn in a calm, well run space.

I have been going to NYP for a few years now and absolutely love it! The studio is clean and welcoming with unique yet challenging classes. I would highly recommend Alex as I am a regular for her classes - she does an amazing job curating and leading her sessions. Kat and Meghan also lead excellent classes - I cannot recommend the whole flatiron team enough.

New York Pilates is truly the best. I’ve been a member for over a year and a half, and the classes are consistently challenging, intentional, and motivating. Special shoutout to Kat and Marigel — both are incredible instructors with supportive, dynamic classes that always leave me feeling stronger and excited to come back. The studio is beautiful, the team is welcoming, and the overall experience is top-tier. Highly recommend!

As a newish person to reformer Pilates, I am so happy with New York Pilates. Workout wise, I really do work up a sweat and feel lightly sore afterwards in a manageable way - so you’re actually able to come back for another class. The instructors really get you to focus on your muscles and your breathing - there’s none of the super fast movements, incorporating unnecessary weights or flailing your body about in a manner that wears you down or can pose an injury risk that I’ve encountered at other reformer studios. The vibes and everyone who works there is truly great. Shout out to instructor Alex O. at the Flatiron location!
