I would definitely recommend Mindful Pilates to anyone looking for a great workout and to build strength! I have been working with Eddy for about month now and it’s been a fantastic experience. The studio is lovely and Eddy is the most fun to work with! Thanks Eddy!

Going to Mindful Pilates was one of the best decisions I made this year. After each session, I feel like I’ve gotten a workout in and I’ve gotten stronger and more flexible. It’s also helped so much with my posture, arguably even more than physical therapy did. Most of all, Eddie is funny and nice, and he always makes each session enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about the personal attention to strength ,alignment and postural control that is the top concern throughout the Pilates session with Eddy . He is a master at helping his clients achieve mobility and stability and always encourages his clients of their step by step progress and improvement. Each session is hard work, but well worth the time and effort !
