Had a great workout with charlie! i often find myself unmotivated when lifting alone but this program was a great pace where you could focus on lifting heavy but also not too much downtime. Charlie was great, he had an awesome playlist, and really focused on form. Loved it & highly recommend

Rachel Bryant is an amazing coach! As with many guided workout classes the instructor quality matters a lot and she is the perfect mix of motivating, funny, serious when appropriate, very diligent about correcting form when it could be dangerous - especially important in a class lifting heavy weights and pushing yourself. Give Liftonic a try and take Rachel’s class!

The best strength training classes I have ever taken. I found Liftonic when I moved to NYC, as I was looking for an approachable but challenging strength workout. I truly look forward to every class and feel so much stronger than when I started. The instructors are also amazing. Shout-out to Kyle, Seth and Madisen!

Great studio! I’ve been coming here for years and the trainers are always great. Every 4 weeks there’s a new programming so it never gets boring. The studio vibe itself is always very encouraging and supportive. Today I had Charlie for thr first time and he was an awesome teacher. His cues were and point and I really appreciate he walked the room to do corrections
