I absolutely love this spot. ALL the trainers will give you a solid workout — but my faves are Charlie, Milan & Jaqui. Charlie is an excellent trainer. His knowledge of proper technique and form is expert and he is very good at explaining it in each set. Every session feels focused, intentional and challenging in the best ways. If you’re looking for an expert, A-grade instructor who’s professional, motivating, and genuinely passionate about weight training, I can’t recommend Charlie enough. Milan is a GIFTED and deeply supportive instructor — and genuinely fun. He is invested in your progress in a holistic way. Every session strikes a balance of spirit, focus, and challenge. Milan’s genuine passion for supporting his clients to help them train effectively truly sets a standard. Jacqui’s energy, enthusiasm, and expert form / technique make her one of the best trainers at Liftonic, hands down. She’s truly delightful and manages to elevate the energy of any room she’s in. The quality of her style is truly motivating and inspirational. She’s IT.

Liftonic east village is my favorite evening hang out even on a Friday night! Rachael!!!! Not only do I love you but I love your class. Kyle you were first Liftonic instructor it's because of you that I am addicted to this place! Thanks for being so welcoming and encouraging. Maqks you are also an amazing instructor I look forward to your class every Tuesday night. Charlie you push me to my limits in the best way. Ryan you definitely make me work and I love that. This is just to name a few of the instructors that have impacted me but honestly all the instructors here are great, This place is a 10/10 for me! If you're looking for a gym that pushes you and encourages you to be your best this is the place to be!

Liftonic has been a great addition to the east village! Amazing strength based lifting workout class-each day is focused on a different area of the body. All the coaches are great and really bring the energy to the room but my favorites are Milan, Erin, and Charlie. They know how to push you to your limits and challenge you in every class. Can’t wait to keep lifting!

I’ve been coming to Liftonic for close to a year and I’ve really enjoyed a guided way to learn how to lift weights. I’ve taken classes with Charlie, Milan, and Erin. All have been really clear in explaining the moves and have been able to correct my positions, even with a full class. I have taken this class when it was completely empty (shout out to Charlie for doing a 1:1 session with me just because no one else woke up for the 6:30am!), to a completely packed class and I got in via waiting list. The attention in a solo class to a packed class is the same! I have been able to take what I learn and train myself when I’m traveling and unable to attend. Great class and instructors!

Took the Monday 730pm legs and butt LTHYPE with Milan and it kicked my butt. You used 15-50lb weights, resistance bands and straps on a mat and on bench. You can adjust your weight and do it without weights. Lots of repetition and adjustment depending on your level. Great weight and resistance class, only negative is there’s just lockers, spray deodorant, earplugs and bathrooms. There’s not much of an entrance waiting area and the amenities are not really there. Took this class with class pass credits.
