William Rojas is the best massage therapist you will ever have. I have gotten deep tissue massages from William for nearly 4 years, including his current home at Lifetime Fitness. I'm not a member of LifeTime, but take full advantage of the sauna and other amenities with the day-pass that comes with a massage. I'm very active and fit, but have some unusual health issues for someone my age, including arthritis in my right ankle. I have to wear a bulky brace when I walk more than a few blocks. William's knowledge of anatomy, well-honed technique, and strength far exceed the dozens of therapists I've tried over the years. He's also an amazing communicator and listener. Highly recommend.

I just joined the gym and I really like it so far. It’s great overall. One thing I would suggest is having stricter rules for the women’s sauna and steam room. For hygiene reasons, people shouldn’t enter wearing gym clothes they’ve been working out in. It would be better if everyone wore a swimsuit or used a towel only. Another suggestion would be to provide hair ties in the women’s bathroom. They’re not expensive and would be very helpful. Also, the women’s bathroom could be cleaned more frequently, especially to remove hair. Overall, I’m enjoying the gym so far and happy with my experience.

I enjoy my time here and this is my favorite gym in the city. The amenities are fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the facility is spacious and thoughtfully designed. I truly consider it my second home, playground, and happy place. I appreciate the separation of the men's and women's sauna, steam room, and whirlpool, which adds to the overall experience. After a good workout, I love to unwind with a hydro massage and relax in the whirlpool. A big thank you to Matt, Chase, and Dusty for their consistently warm greetings! However, I’ve rated my experience three stars because there are areas for improvement. ***Recently, I encountered a billing issue and brought it to the attention of one of the concierge staff. He mentioned he would contact the manager, and I followed up the next day, only to be told it was resolved. Almost a week later, I still hadn’t seen any refund or email confirmation regarding the adjustment. After a third inquiry, I connected with Chase, who promptly addressed the issue. This left me wondering about the responsiveness of the initial staff member. ***Additionally, I faced a situation where one of the trainers canceled my appointment without prior notice. This felt unprofessional, but I appreciate Peter for reaching out and resolving the matter quickly. ***I've also noticed that sometimes the staff at the cafe can get a little loud, chatting and laughing as if they were at home. Although it’s great to see camaraderie, it can be distracting while I’m trying to get some work done. ***Lastly, I believe there could be improvements in cleanliness, especially in the women’s restrooms. Overall, I love this place and I'm hopeful for these adjustments, as it would make a great experience even better!

Although there are a lot of nice perks to this gym, at the expensive price tag for individual plan at ~$350/mo it's disappointing to see this club skimps on the attention to detail when it comes to fundamentals like cleanliness and maintenance. Instead the club focuses on upselling you on things like $12 smoothies and $150+ spa treatments. --- Pros: + Pretty good hours (late nights and weekends). Though the showers close 30min before the publicized hours so if you actually stay late you'll be forced to shower at home. + A lot of squat racks (~8+) + Equipment itself is high quality and there are a full range of machines. + Large footprint (square footage) + Good variety of exercise classes included + Mobile App is solid compared to most gyms + Good location + Staff is very friendly (though limited) and available to answer questions which is great. Other gyms don't answer the phone. + Not really crowded (at least on weekends and late evenings so I haven't experienced waiting for equipment) + Rainfall showers, sauna, hot tub are nice. Cons: - Trash: Way too much trash strewn about. e.g Men's locker room bins overflowing, small scraps of paper, gum wrappers, used chap stick left behind, razor blade caps (left in showers), clothing tags, etc. I've reported this to the management on at least 2 occasions with no improvement. Part of this is on the guests/members for not being as considerate but regardless of fault it impacts the experience really negatively. This is especially in my experience closer to the end of the day, which feels understaffed. Uploaded some photos (but it's so common you can just come for a tour late evening tomorrow and you'll see it for yourself). I just heard another member this morning complaining in the locker room about "how frustrating it is to see people lift heavy weights then not able to lift the towels or trash to the receptacles." - Poor maintenance: Towels consistently overflowing the bins, strewn about in locker room benches. Non-reserved lockers aren't cleared out every night but only a few times/week (as told to me by the staff) which limits locker availability. The outside shower floors don't seem to properly drain excess water. In the lobby of the club, where I sit as I write this, the tables are wobbly and there's left behind bottle cap and straw wrapper on the table next to me from before I sat down. 1 of 3 flat bench press stations was misaligned so that the heavier plates were inaccessible (this was fixed after reported to staff but to my main point is an indicator of low focus on basic details with guest experience) - Few cable pull machines (

I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration and disbelief after my Rolex was stolen from my locker —and this is now the fourth time something like this has happened here. Enough is enough. I always use the provided locker with a specific personal code that I set myself, and I make sure to scramble the combination thoroughly after locking it—standard procedure to reset any visible digits. Yet somehow, the thief accessed it without any sign of forced entry, no reset needed from staff, and no obvious damage to the lock or locker. This isn’t amateur opportunism; it feels targeted, like someone is watching for high-end items or has figured out a way to exploit these locks repeatedly. The locker room security is clearly inadequate: no visible cameras in the actual changing areas (understandable for privacy, but it creates a blind spot for theft), and locks that are apparently vulnerable to skilled manipulation without leaving traces. If thieves can open a scrambled combination lock without resetting it or breaking anything, that’s a massive red flag the gym needs to address immediately—upgrade the locks, add better monitoring, or at least warn members more aggressively. To anyone reading this: Be extremely careful if you’re bringing expensive personal belongings here. Don’t assume a locked locker means safe—people are clearly being targeted, especially for luxury items like Rolexes. Leave valuables at home, use a gym bag you keep with you, or better yet, find a facility with stronger security protocols. I’ve reported this to management and police, but the pattern suggests nothing changes until enough people speak up or stop paying membership fees. One star only because I have to give something; otherwise it’d be zero. Disappointed, violated, and done with this place unless major changes happen. Avoid if you value your stuff.
