The team at Lab Pilates is wonderful, and Susan has truly made my experience exceptional. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive—especially after my hip repair a few years ago. Her confidence with modifications and working with injuries has made Pilates feel both accessible and effective for my body, and I already feel stronger. Susan’s patience and expertise shine through in every session, and the studio itself is beautiful and clearly well cared for by the owner, Summer. I highly recommend Susan and Lab Pilates.

I had the chance to join Summer and Nathali’s classes in New York—4 sessions in just one week—and it was such a pleasant surprise! 🌟 Their attention to precise ligaments and muscle groups is truly impressive. They made sure I was both engaging and relaxing the right muscles, which gave me a much deeper awareness of my body. Even though I still need more practice and consistency, I feel like I’ve touched on a much more correct methodology and, most importantly, been able to experience that right“feeling”. This was by far the biggest gain and the happiest surprise of my Pilates journey here. Highly recommend!

Susan is the best!! After a session with her, I always feel like I was worked hard. She is patient with me during sessions and is always encouraging when we try something new. After a month of consistent sessions, I’m already feeling so much stronger and I’ve been able to advance in many of the exercises! I’d highly recommend booking a session with Susan!!

This is an amazing studio. I worked with Susan and was astonished by her knowledge and ability to teach and connect with me as a beginner. She really helped me engage my core. I would highly recommend this studio and Susan as an instructor
