Best gym in NYC . The staff is friendly, helpful and do a great job keeping the gym clean . Top of the line equipment for elite athletes, aspiring Bodybuilders or people looking for a great workout. The gym is Spacious with a massage room, Posing room & elevator access. The gym is equipped with a microwave, seating area to eat, fridge if you need to store food and they also sale prep meals. The owner Victor is very Cool, he accommodates everyone needs, he does a amazing job running the gym making sure all the equipment works with no issues & keeps the Gym up to date with the best equipment.

I have been a member here for about a year, and the facility itself is consistently impressive. They have a fantastic selection of equipment that caters perfectly to both bodybuilding and pure strength training. ​The Cons: Unfortunately, the environment here feels very exclusionary. There is a high-ego culture throughout the floor that makes it feel unwelcoming. This culture starts with the staff; I’ve noticed that employees only greet or acknowledge certain members they know personally, while completely ignoring everyone else. ​As a long-term member, it’s disappointing to walk into a business and feel invisible to the staff simply because you aren't part of the "inner circle." It lacks the professional courtesy and inclusive energy I see at the other facilities I visit. Context: Because of my work schedule, I frequently rotate between different gyms. Having experienced various gym cultures across the region, the contrast at Iron Punisher is very noticeable. ​Final Verdict: Come here for the equipment, but don’t expect a community. It’s a great place to put your headphones on and work out in isolation, but the management really needs to address the "clique" culture if they want to retain members who value a professional atmosphere. The gym is 24 hours, which is a big plus on anyone's book.

IT WOULD BE 5 STARS IF… • You fix your lockers because most of them are broken. • Refill paper towels often in the restroom. • Empty trash bins especially in the restroom frequently. • Clean the equipments and gym floor regularly. There’s a lot of dusts and sweat residue. • Please repair the paddings on the equipments, specifically the Atlantis Bicep Curl Machine, Atlantis Bench, etc. • We need wipes for gym equipments so members can maintain the cleanliness of the equipments after using. • Some members don’t put back the weights, so strictly implement the policy about putting the weights back on the rack. • Strictly implement “No swipe of membership card, no entry” to prevent non members from entering. Nonetheless, the equipments and the vibe is amazing.
