Our whole family loves to climb here - 4yo, 10yo, 2 x 42yos. It's clean, safe, challenging. Great membership options!

Fantastic experience. We brought a 10, 9, 8 & 5 yr old to climb and they all had a blast. Clean, friendly and easy! I want to bring one of these to Louisville, Kentucky!!!

Just a cool place!!!! , my son has been asking me to if he could go to Haik but I wasn’t sure at first because I thought it might be too challenging to my son. Upon walk in I was greeted by Gianna ( at the front) who assured me my son and I would love it. I had my doubts but then the manager Carl greeted me and assured me if my son didn’t like it , they would think of another way to accommodate this anxious mom so I did. My son absolutely loved it, sure he was scared but with Carl patience , time and knowledge he welcomes a new skill I loved and unlocked a fear that my son once had. Carol was so nice and I can tell he makes every child and parent feel like family. I left there happy and excited and now my son wants to come back every time! Thank you again to Gianna ( at the front) and Carl the manager

Fun indoor climbing place for kids and more affordable compared to similar places. My kids enjoyed it overall. They only offer snacks and drinks—no real food—and outside food isn’t allowed, which feels a bit silly given the lack of food options. I also wish they had more activities for younger kids that don’t involve high climbing. Still a good spot for kids to be active and have a good time.

Staff dont care. Lied to us. They started late so our time slot was 20 mins behind when we should have left. Then this genius stood on the side of the briefing pit to grab hold of a 4 year old. If he fell he would have hit a few kids in the briefing area as he wasn't clipped to anything. The staff really arent trained well.
