Dynamic Body Pilates has been a wonderful experience. Every instructor I've worked with is knowledgeable and skilled. For the past six months, I've had Sarah as my instructor. She's both encouraging and precise in her form corrections, creating the perfect balance of support and guidance. The movements we practice offer great variety, keeping sessions engaging and well-rounded. Through DBP, my posture has improved significantly, and my movements are pain-free. I pay more attention to how I move now outside of Pilates. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a tailored Pilates experience.

I highly recommend DBP. Coming from years of PT that never quite helped holistically, I was at a loss of what could be beneficial but not harm me or bore me with routine. My Dr. recommended reformer pilates, but I was on my own to find a place. Thank goodness for this studio! The team met me where I was at and together we put a plan in place that addresses my goals and what they see as needing focus. I walk in feeling tight and stressed and leave on a high note, with energy and calm. And I have learned so much about MY body, not just the exercise program. The benefits of one on one sessions means they really do focus on you and what you can do there with the reformer and exercises to practice at home. I also appreciate there is no distracting music that can affect my mood and concentration. As for practitioners, everyone is engaged and friendly. I started with Luis who patiently showed me the ropes, now work with Sam who is inspiring me and challenging me - both are superbly knowledgeable and make the sessions fun even when I am struggling.Although it is a little expensive for my budget, I am amazed at my progress check-ins how far I’ve come with their guidance and feel it’s a worth it as a healthful investment for my future.

A verbatim response I wrote to one of Rebecca’s wonderful newsletters: “Rebecca, Always love your well-written newsletters! The bummer this year is we’re missing the Winter Olympics entirely! For a good cause though: we’re leaving this Friday for Singapore (19-hour flight😱), will explore there for 4 days and then on to Sorong (West Papua, Indonesia) via Jakarta - another 2 + 5 hours of flying. - In Sorong, we join our liveaboard dive boat (the “Gaia Love” no less) for 11 days of scuba diving in Raja Ampat (now a vast protected Marine Preserve) with 16 fellow divers in the most interesting waters we’ve ever encountered in our almost 40 years of diving. Air and water temperatures are a constant year-round, equatorial 84/5°. Worth it? In spades! Nothing like being that close to gorgeous nature combined with the constant activity involved with 3 dives/day for 10 days (one could do 4-5/day, but my ears won’t take it). I’ll be thinking about the important role you and your colleagues play (and will continue to) in preparing me, at 75, to make this kind of travel and vacation physically still possible. And I’ll say a special hello for you to the Ocean Manta Rays, Octopi and even the little Seahorses we are sure to encounter. Stay warm and enjoy the Olympics!” Xo, Douglas

Dynamic Body Pilates' sessions have been really valuable to me. As a former.marathoner, I know about belly breathing but using it as a tool for muscle release is a game changer. Ashley also introduced me to the concept of breathing into my back ribs. Again, a simple concept that is totally new to me. The individual coaching was invaluable!

I’ve been coming to this studio for years and every session has been a wonderful experience. The instructors are so knowledgeable and attentive — they always customize each class to my needs. During pregnancy, the tailored sessions helped me prepare for labor with strength and confidence, and now postpartum, they’re guiding me through safe recovery and rebuilding. I always leave feeling better in my body and mind. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized Pilates.
