It was my first group class and I was kinda nervous but my trainer was so welcoming. The workout was awesome and I will definitely be coming back! Dog pound is amazing!!

I booked a one off PT session at Dogpound whilst visiting NYC. Xander made the booking process seamless from start to finish, going out of his way to make sure I got the best from my visit. My session was with Molly, who was so kind and welcoming, but also pushed me hard! I just wish I lived in NYC and could train here more often! Thanks so much for a great experience♥️
