Great small classes - cool to do something different than reformer or mat Pilates. Also the nicest instructors! Winnie is the best!

Have been coming to the spring and suspend classes for most of this year and really love the workout! It’s very unique blend of Pilates and strength training. I leave feeling good (and slightly sore!) every time!

I hate doing core. But with the reformer, I was having a blast! I loved feeling my muscles stretch in ways I’ve never felt before. What really makes this class stand out was the small class size, so Megan was able to give each of us individual attention!

My favorite Pilates studio!! The instructors are all kind and welcoming and really focus on form. I feel myself getting stronger with each class, especially since they’re small and can give personal attention.
