Court is nothing short of fantastic. I started training with Court in preperartion for a Muay Thai fight after a 2 year lay off. He helped me improve my joint mobility as well as my strength and conditioning. He pays attention to detail, he's a great communicator and he knows how to get the most out of you so you can benefit the most out of the training. I am currently training with Court in preperation for the olympic trials for 2020.

World-Class trainer. As good as it gets. I wish I had started training with Court the moment I arrived in NYC. His breadth of expertise spans across Crossfit, Kettlebells, Traditional Weightlifting techniques, Nutrition, Z-Health, Joint Mobility, Muscle and Post-Op Rehabilitation, Olympic Weightlifting, Bodyweight training, and many other areas. Most importantly, he tailors the approach to what you want and what you are looking to improve. I am amazed by how much I've learned and how much my body has changed. Do yourself a favor and work with him.

First met Court in 2007. Incredibly helpful on improving my form and mobility before scaling up my lifts. Always a pleasure to see him and ended up becoming friends outside of the gym as well. Great guy, you won't regret training with him.
