I recently started taking the boxing classes with Alex and have been having a great time so far! I'm a complete beginner, and Alex was so helpful in teaching me the basics and providing feedback on my form, which I greatly appreciate! His class is a truly a great workout!!

tl;dr - Complete Body is by far the best gym in NY if you’re serious about lifting. I used to live in the city, and have since moved away, but travel to NY regularly. Staying in Chelsea, I’ve tried other gyms - Crunch, Lifetime, etc., and they’re all overcrowded and lack decent free weights and equipment. Thankfully, I finally found Complete Body! This is a lifters gym and awesome if you’re serious about training. Equipment and free weights are great, and it never gets too busy. The protein shake bar is also a huge plus if you need something to get you going and recover. The staff are also very friendly. Week pass is very reasonable. Look forward to going back to Complete Body!

Love the juice bar at complete body! especially when Rudy is there she makes the best milk shakes and she’s always happy and helpful. 5 star service! World class ! But this place would never be as good without GM Michelle Weed whose heart and a sole of this gym.

This gym is awesome for weightlifting! I love the selection of equipment, and the staff are so kind and welcoming! I specifically want to highlight my trainer, Marsha, who is absolutely fantastic! I've been weightlifting and working with personal trainers on and off for 3 years in the past, but I've never made as much progress as I have with Marsha in the last 2 months. Marsha is so dedicated to her clients! She always ensures that I have the proper form while doing the exercises, while also pushing me hard and ensuring I won't ever get hurt. This is EXACTLY what is necessary to make progress in the gym, and Marsha expertly tailors workouts to her clients goals and current abilities. She is so knowledgeable about exercise science and nutrition, and I have learned so much from her already. I really love her mission of empowering women— I feel so much stronger, look leaner, and feel so much more confident in myself. Marsha has truly unlocked my potential in the gym, and I'm so excited to continue working with her!

I experienced repeated HARASSMENT from one of the TRAINERS (SARAY )and felt extremely uncomfortable. She insulted and follow me around the gym . After being a loyal member for several years, I decided to cancel my membership. It’s on camera & emails. I made multiple complaints, but management did nothing to address the issue. The gym is unprofessional, unclean , the staff is rude, and I would not recommend going there.
