Club Pilates West Village

I’ve taken years of ballet (and myriad related exercise classes) and I couldn’t be happier with Club Pilates West Village! The teachers are uniformly talented, detailed and inventive. I’m very impressed with the variety of classes on offer, as well as the variety within them. The studio is very well organized, the staff is warm and I’ve noticed the management responds to clients’ input. Reserving and canceling classes is simple.

Club Pilates West Village is a wonderful studio! Really great staff & instructors. I love that they have all different levels so that you can join the community no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

I came last night for the heated rivalry class with Sophia! I had a great experience and would definitely return . It was a fun and unique experience . The only feedback is the studio has called me multiple times in the past 2 weeks since I booked the class and without leaving a message . Please improve your communication and stop calling me thank you!!

Was not a huge fan of the instructor (Marjorie), I am still new to pilates but I have had experience with many instructors and this by far might have been the worst. Though she was sweet, the way she teaches was not for me, it almost came of as judgmental. Would not recommend, other than that, great studio.

The instructors and classes are great but like a previous reviewer, I also went through a nightmare with their unethical business practices. I followed the instructions of the receptionist in person at the club on cancelling my membership after using the 4 classes i had already piad for that cycle by email and told she would note it also in my membership file but that no-one at the club was authorized to confirm anything. I asked to have someone call me to confirm but no-one ever did. I never set foot in the club after using my classes that month BUT the next cycle THEN they suddenly started constant calls that they needed to get my new card number to charge me for my ongoing membership. I was "lucky" an unauthorized charge while traveling had forced me to cancel my cards. I called them when I got back and explained IN DETAIL that I had cancelled but the phone person said they were only in billing and couldn't help but would AGAIN note what I said. It's been two months and they continue emailing and harassing. NOTE: in their SCAM there is no way in the APP , on the WEBSITE, in the CLUB in person or on the PHONE to ever get anyone to confirm you have cancelled your membership and they never seem to receive cancellation emails. I've blocked them now and thank goodness had cancelled that card or I could be facing what the other reviewer faced who was ripped off for $1500. Great instructors / HORRIBLE customer service. BEWARE OF signing up for any monthly membership!!!!!!
