ClimbZone Palisades

Had an amazing time at Climbzone and all the kids loved it. Bought a birthday package and plenty of guests told us the decorations done by Climbzone are good. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great price and will be coming again.

Excellent affordable place for a kids birthday party! They decorate for you and provide utensils, plates, cups, napkins and clean up! I was able to request the colors I wanted for my daughters birthday. They are very quick with responding via email. You have a private space behind the wall and it looked so pretty. All you do is bring your own cake/pizza. The kids had a blast!!! Loved it.I highly recommend!

My kids finally tried this place out, and it has become one of their favorite activities! Conveniently located right next to the food court of the mall for hungry climbers! My kids got a solid hour of exercise and fun. The staff was so friendly and helpful getting kids in and out of their harnesses. Highly recommend for all ages. Even as young as 3.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I recently hosted my son's 10th birthday party here with 23 climbing participants. They set the bar so high for excellence. The customer service starting with the manager Jason Ruiz was personable, concise, and effective. I answered a few questions and he assured me I wouldn't have to worry about anything else, "They got it". We were gifted three amazing party attendants. Berely, Gabby and Shane made my son and all guest feel special. They were attentive, enthusiastic and simply a joy in interacting with the kids and adults. The establishment was very clean and well maintained. The area of the party was decorated so beautifully. When Jason said don't worry about a thing he wasn't kidding. I could not have decorated it better myself. All in all it was a blessed day. Everyone had a blast, most never climbed a wall before. It's safe to say that everyone left wanting to come back. I would definitely recommend them for a party or just a climb anytime.

I took my kids to an event yesterday and I was blown away, not only by the fun space that was enjoyable to a huge range of ages- but the staff was incredible!! There were sooooo many kids yet they stayed calm, cool and friendly the entire time!! I was so impressed!!!
