I took my first class at Bodyrok with Alex R! It was such a fun class, I felt very welcomed & definitely got a good workout in. I can’t wait to go back for my next one it was a vibe!

I love Bodyrok! They have targeted workouts weekly, different areas for different days, and the entire workout sequence is listed on the projector. It is challenging and timed very nicely to the music!

I have been a big fan of BODYROK since my first class. Studio: The studio is clean, has a great ambiance and the reformers are spaced out appropriately. I feel welcomed and comfortable every time I’m there. Classes: The classes are the right amount of challenging and each move has modifications for those who need it or are working towards progress! I also love the music and lighting. Instructors: My favorite instructors are Grace and Amelia. I am not super thin, I lack strong balance and sometimes I have to modify certain moves, but they always encourage me and make me feel good about myself! I’ve made tremendous progress since my first class and each week I feel encouraged to challenge myself in new ways. When I first started, I could barely do a carriage crunch without modifications and now I can! I will say there were two instructors (I will not name names), who I felt were less patient with me and so I just avoid booking classes they teach. Class Packs: I’ve removed one star, because I purchased a special a few months ago that is still not showing up in my account and needs to be resolved. I need to look into this further, but still unhappy this has been unresolved for so long. This studio has truly changed my life and has made me excited about my health and wellness journey. I already feel stronger each day!

I took the 6 packs and backs class on Sunday at 1 PM with Adriana. She was a great instructor and the class was quite challenging. The bathroom is inside the studio so if you come early, there’s no bathroom you can use. The locker area is basically right when you enter there’s no room to change or for the lockers. You must wear grip socks. I don’t know how their bathroom is since there is only one in the studio and it was occupied so I did not wait around. The day I went it was rainy so not the best. The area where you put your shoes is across the waiting area so people are walking there with their shoes on. The studio is clean. I’m just not very keen that there’s no space. When one class is leaving and another class is coming in there’s really no space for you to stand because everyone’s going to the lockers and you need a locker so you have to wait for everyone to leave before you can put your stuff away and go in the studio. It was my first class there. I would be happy to go again, but maybe two different Studio location.

I love the instructors and the class itself. However this location’s equipment is very poor impacting the ability to actually do the moves and the exercises you are paying for. I would say at least 50% are either missing a spring, a strap is broken, or the handlebars are wobbly. I understand things break, but it has been months now. The price is too high for me to have such a high chance of having to use a broken reformer and not take the full class.
