It was a truly wonderful experience to align and purify my body’s energy. The instructor was highly professional, and the sequence was beautifully designed to support a harmonious flow of energy throughout the practice. After the class, my body felt light, refreshed, and deeply balanced.

Amazing classes! I arrive winded and stressed and leave feeling lighter and relaxed. I feel so grateful to have found this class. Very friendly staff and great tea at the end of each session. I’m now a huge fan of tai chi.
