First & Foremost The Front Desk Staff Did an exceptional job getting me to sign up , Chris & Stacy went above & Beyond ! If you are looking for a personal trainer Ask for Pedro !! you will never doubt your confidence again , Not only did he take his time to understand my needs but they are extremely budget friendly & have so many different rates to meet your needs .& since the renovation the Private room for the trainers is the icing on the cake. I was very skeptical joining a new gym but with the new renovations and the community that’s inside I truly feel welcomed to work out SO MUCH MORE , amazing staff and I look forward to my journey here at 24 Hour Fitness !

I have to commend the wonderful job done with this Valley Stream 24 Hour Fitness facility. The makeover, makes you want to come consistently and workout! Whether I’m on the tread or in a swim class, I feel like I’m part of a healthy, vibrant community. Professionals like Dee and Stacy, make you feel good about coming in. They, along with the others, are so welcoming! I’m proud to be a member! Join the club at the location where everybody is somebody! Hope to see you there!

I am extremely satisfied with 24 Hour Gym. The fact that it is open 24 hours a day is something I appreciate greatly. I have built lasting relationships with my gym family over the years, and we function as a tight-knit workout unit. The gym's equipment is plentiful and readily available, and the staff is consistently friendly. While the gym may sometimes be messy, this issue lies with the members who fail to clean up after themselves, not the staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this gym.

I tried a one day pass. My arrival very crowded. 2 people at desk one went to show people around to 2nd floor. the one took care of me point that direction classes, that way weights and equipment, rest room etc then on my own. Not the most welcoming. Ok restroom clean, pool looked cleaned, 2nd floor a lot of people hectic, machines are available since a lot equipment. Down side looks dirty and men leave heavy weights on machines. People with partners if my husband was joining might have joined this gym. Lightening dark not inviting working out. Now the massager chair the manager let me use after I told him lady did not show me around. Best seller for this gym 10/10.

I’m very disappointed with 24 hour fitness gym overall. The facility is often dirty, smells bad, and with numerous non working equipment. There is rarely any staff available on-site, which makes it feel neglected and poorly managed. For a gym, cleanliness, working equipment, and proper staffing should be basic priorities, and unfortunately, this location falls short on both. The only bright spot is Stewart. Despite the overall condition of the gym, Stewart truly stands out. He provides excellent customer service, is always professional, and goes above and beyond for members, even while clearly being overworked. His attitude and dedication make a big difference and are the ONLY reasons I continue to show up. Stewart deserves recognition and support for the great job he does. He provides excellent customer service & genuinely tries to help, but it’s clear he is overworked and carrying far more responsibility than one person should. Management should take note that Stewart is doing his best in a situation that needs serious improvement. Until staffing and cleanliness are addressed, I would not recommend this gym.
