Breathtaking space that’s filled with natural light. Tiffany was an incredible instructor and conducted a great rhythm in the room. Every movement felt like the perfect amount of time. I will definitely be back!!

This was my first in person class in over a year (last one was at New Vibes). Lizzie Falkner was great, was nice talking to her after the class and I would like to come to more of her classes. The studio itself is really nice too. As a native East Villager so many of the yoga studios I have gone to over the years have come and gone and I had the feeling that I would have to suck it up and head over to Brooklyn for the options I used to have in Manhattan, so I'm really happy to see a new studio open up so close to my hood.

I took the candlelight restorative yoga class with Leah Hansen. It was such an amazing and relaxing class perfect for a Friday at 7 PM. Mats, blocks, blankets and cushions were provided. The class is going into positions and holding them for five minutes at a time. it was incredibly relaxing, peaceful, and really provided a good stretch. The studio is incredibly clean, the mats and blocks are laid out before you arrive. There is a cleaning spray provided after to wipe the mat. Definitely want to check out other classes. Beautiful space, ceiling fans and quiet area.
