Awesome classes and instructors. I have come to classes here with JP, and the classes were very well thought out, well explained and challenging. Great place for a great workout.

Awesome box. Dropped in using classpass and the class was awesome. The community was very welcoming and JP was such a good coach - gave me lots of tips during the workout.

This was my gym for 10 years, starting with Bowery CrossFit, then WillyB. Great coaches, great people, great equipment, great vibes. Thank you Grig and all the coaches and members for a fantastic few years. This is a great place to start, continue, or deepen, your fitness journey. You’ll be in great hands here!

I came in not knowing at all what to expect! I met Chris whom with the most welcoming style proposed a 6 week challenge....6 weeks later I surpassed the goal by 5lbs!!! This gym offered a great family like environment yet competitive vibe. The classes are great, the instructors motivated and patient with all the members. There are so many classes and at multiple locations so it was great. The amenities are a plus!! I really can’t say anything bad about WillyB and I tried all the boxes multiple times so it’s the same whichever box you go to. Week 1 - 186.2 lbs and 38.1% body fat Week 6 - 156 lbs and 31.1% body fat Lost 30.2 lbs and 7% body fat !!!!
