Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park
About
Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in Brooklyn offers a high-energy environment with trampoline areas, rock climbing walls, arcade games, and adventure activities suitable for children and families. The facility provides a wide range of attractions for various age groups, from toddlers to teens, making it a popular destination for birthday parties and family outings. While the space is large and filled with engaging activities, some visitors note that the layout can feel overwhelming when supervising multiple children, and weekends tend to be extremely busy with many scheduled parties. Parking in the area can also be challenging, often requiring visitors to park a street or two away from the venue.

Members describe Urban Air as a fun, high-energy place where kids enjoy trampolining, climbing, and games, especially for birthday parties. They praise attentive staff like Joseph for excellent service but express concerns about safety due to insufficient supervision at activities like battle beams and rock climbing. Common complaints include broken arcade machines, sticky floors, and out-of-order attractions, with some noting that weekends are very busy and parking can be difficult. Overall, families find it a great spot for kids to burn off energy, though they recommend more staff training and maintenance for a better experience.

Visited Urban Air today for a birthday party, and my kids had an absolutely amazing time. The place is full of high-energy activities for every age—from little toddlers to teens—so there’s truly something for everyone. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with the kids, and even though many of them are very young, they were surprisingly professional and attentive. Honestly, that works in their favor because this place requires a LOT of energy (and some serious noise-proof superpowers lol). As a parent, I did find it a bit overwhelming since my two kids kept running into different areas, and I was constantly trying to keep track of both. If you’re visiting with multiple younger kids, I highly recommend having one adult per child so you don’t drive yourself crazy. The layout is large and exciting, but that also means kids disappear into fun zones quickly. It’s a fantastic spot to let kids burn off energy, especially for birthday parties. Just know that weekends are extremely busy and most time slots are filled with parties, so plan for crowds. Parking is also a challenge, but you can usually find something if you don’t mind parking a street or two away. Overall, a super fun experience for kids and a lively place worth visiting!

Big place with games for any 7yo and up. The cleaninless in general is poor. Half the arcade machines are broken. Food is expensive and low quality. The staff doesnt care much. If you re looking for a place for kids to run around, jump and climb without minding the stuff i mentioned this is it.

I really love this place, because during the years I bring my daughter and her cousins to play, I also did celebrate a birthday on February but I'm a little bit concerned about the safety and the management of each game today I'm also shearing pictures for that game it was supposed to be a guy from the staff making sure every kid is using the games on the rigth way, I'm afraid that one of the kids can be injured because no one is putting attention besides of the parents I came to watch my kids but we can't really be involved telling another kids when is their chance and also putting away the other kids that are also playing in the pool! I also saw the same by the trampolines as a parent I would request more attention from the management Even do this place is amazing my kids had a lot of fun!

My family went on a Saturday. We expected it to be busy in which it was. You would think they staffed it appropriately however many attractions needed additional staffing for safety. A couple of examples: no staff supervision at battle beam and only 1 and a 2nd came for the rock climbing. Having this many staff caused longer lines. One staff member was putting on harness while drinking soda. I watched kids having to flag the staff down to get them out of the harness. Many machines (that were additional costs) were out of order as well as the virtual reality attraction. Floor was sticky and could benefit from another cleaner consistently walking around. Check in desk needed additional training. She was distracted by her own kids coming and going to the desk. Not sure it was worth the platinum price but the parent price was appreciated. It was a fine day at this establishment but could be an even better experience with a little more love and attention.
