I started working out at Three Hammers Training with absolutely no experience. I’ve never done any kind of workout in my life, and honestly, I was nervous and unsure about starting. But from the moment I walked in, everything changed. The coaches are hands down the best! They are not only super knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive. They know how to make even the hardest workouts feel achievable, no matter your fitness level. What I love most is how the coaches take the time to teach you proper technique, correct form, and push you to your limits in a way that feels safe and encouraging. I went from being completely unfamiliar with CrossFit to feeling stronger, more confident, and even excited about every workout. The community here is amazing, too! Everyone is welcoming and encouraging, which makes every session something I look forward to. I’m already seeing real improvements in my strength and overall fitness, and it feels incredible. If you’ve never worked out before or have been hesitant to try something new, I highly recommend Three Hammers Training. It’s been a life-changing experience, and I’m so glad I made the decision to give it a shot!

In six months. Six months of progress. 1% BETTER EVERYDAY! It is easy to find a gym around, but “The Gym” is a personal experience, a gym isn’t made of wall or equipments, It is all about the COACHES and the built in community, here They have a personal connection with each of us! Even attending group classes they are attentive to everyone to help to get improvement, it doesn’t matter how fit one are when starting! Of course this is a personal experience, a vision that keeps me coming back! We can choose to join in however improvement only comes with participation! Very nice and a Clean place! Early mornings and late nights classes!

If you’re thinking of joining, don’t overthink it — just blindly sign up. Three Hammers Woodside is the best CrossFit/Hyrox training in New York, no doubt. Every class is fun, motivating, affordable and keeps you coming back. I’m lucky to live nearby because I actually look forward to going every day. Trust me — if you don’t join, you’re missing out!

I’ve been coming to this gym for a year now and highly recommend it!! I had no CrossFit, Hyrox, or barbel experience prior to starting and appreciate the guided classes and variety of cardio and strength-training exercises. The coaches here are passionate and the other participants cheer on and motivate one another, making it a very positive and fun environment. Come check it out for yourself!

I joined Three Hammers in March 2024, and from the very first day Adam and Mabel made me feel so welcome. I instantly felt like I belonged. Since then, I haven’t stopped showing up. Over the time I’ve been here, my CrossFit journey has completely transformed, I’ve learned so many new movements, gained strength, and built confidence in myself. Because of this gym, I even pushed myself to compete in a HYROX race and participate in an internal lifting competition, something I never imagined doing before. The CrossFit, HYROX, and Barbell classes are truly the best and push you to grow every single day. Adam, Mabel, Sig, and George are not just amazing coaches, but genuinely caring people who support you and your goals every step of the way. This gym is so much more than a place to work out, the community truly feels like family. Three Hammers has become my second home, and I 💯 recommend it! ❤️💪
