Check out my previous review for how amazing this gym is! I am dropping another 5 star to thank everyone within the Trinisphere. Just 2 days ago I had the wonderful task of moving a 10 tons of 50lbs bags of ice melt for all the properties we manage. I spent an entire day in a basement single handedly sorting and organizing 405 bags! That’s over 20,000lbs 50lbs at a time. If it wasn’t for the past 7months of consistent training, there is no way I would been able to get the properties what they needed! I share this for anyone that is on the fence about joining. Just go for it! Being healthier and stronger will always find a way to pay great dividends, and Trinity has an excellent group of people to get you there! 💪🏋️

I have been at Trinity Gym for about 6 weeks. It came highly recommended to me and I can see why. They are wonderful trainers helpful, and an encouraging atmosphere. I work with Aoife, she is great she is well versed in her knowledge of training. I get the very best out of every work out. Elaine

The Trinity is the most supportive, inclusive, and fun gym I have ever been to. The thoughtful and inspiring trainers, and a very kind community, make me look forward to every tough work out! Aoife, Francesco, and Seamus are so encouraging, positive, and motivating.

I love the Trinity and highly recommend it! I started coming here about 6 months ago after moving to the neighborhood and looking for a new gym nearby. I was initially hesitant about the cost of small group & personal training compared to a more classic gym, especially because I wasn’t sure if I would be consistent. I was active playing sports growing up, but as an adult I had never found a fitness routine that I was able to stick with. Especially after working from home since the pandemic, I wasn’t getting as much movement as I wanted. Very happy I gave it a try, because for the first time in my adult life, I’ve gotten into a consistent workout routine that I actually enjoy! I think the class-based structure is very helpful for someone like me who previously struggled with getting motivated to go workout on any given day, because I go to the same classes each week and don’t have to think about it. With this program, I’ve been feeling better physically and mentally than I have for a long time, and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been before. I also really like the small group format of the classes. Before going to Trinity, I had been interested in trying strength training for a few years but was intimidated about trying to start on my own. The class format allows the coaches to provide personal guidance and correction on form, or give alternatives if you have an injury. Every single one of the coaches is awesome, they are all super nice and have created a really friendly and fun atmosphere at the gym. I didn’t expect how much I was going to like the social & community aspect, but it’s so lovely to go to a gym where you get to know everyone & people are chatty, and it’s become something I really value.

The Trinity is an amazing community of bad-ass women (yes and men too but anyway my classes are all women) who inspire me to try new things and get better and stronger each week. The coaching is everything (thanks, Emily!) and I need it because there is no comparison between a workout at the Trinity and one on my own. Even if you have never lifted a weight or done a plank etc (and I pretty much had not), they'll support you through it. People need strength training - especially women as they age. Check it out.
