Loved the session, staff & members were really friendly. We had Julian for our small group session and was a great coach as well and got the best out of the group. After trying a lot of gyms in America this is the best gym I’ve tried in America

This gym is my second home!! From day one, there’s been a real sense of camaraderie; everyone is supportive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in each other’s progress. The coaching is direct, knowledgeable, and consistently encouraging, which pushes you to work hard while still feeling supported. I also really appreciate how the week is structured. Each session has a clear focus, whether it’s upper or lower body, so you can fully commit to the workout without feeling rushed or scattered. On top of that, there are dedicated cardio days built into the schedule, which are actually my favorite! They’re challenging, well thought out, and incredibly rewarding. Overall, it’s a place where you’re motivated to show up, work hard, and be part of something bigger than just a workout.

I’ve been training with JD consistently for the past two years, and prior to that I attended several of his boxing classes. I now go to every one of his classes and also train with him one-on-one once a week. I can truly say this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a trainer. JD is one of the most patient and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met, and he cultivates an incredibly strong and welcoming community through his classes. I’ve made some of my closest friends there. I would highly recommend both taking his classes and training with him one-on-one.

We absolutely love this gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, the workouts are effective, and the community is incredibly welcoming and supportive. It’s more than just a place to work out — it’s a place that keeps you motivated, challenged, and excited to show up. I can confidently say that working out at The Strength Club in New York City has been an amazing experience. I first met the owner, Kenny, about a year ago and immediately found him to be personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in my goals. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to train with several of the coaches and attend classes on different days and times. The schedule is flexible, and the group classes truly work for all lifestyles. Over the past year, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall confidence. The Strength Club is truly community-driven—the people you train with become friends, encourage you, and push you to be better. The workouts themselves have also introduced me to new movements and training styles, helping me grow far beyond what I ever experienced training alone at a traditional gym. In addition to group classes, I’ve also supplemented my training with Julian Devine through one-on-one personal training. His mentorship, coaching style, and the programs we’ve built together have been incredible. He’s approachable, motivating, and knows exactly how to push you to be your best. I would 100% recommend The Strength Club to friends, colleagues, and family.
