Went to the second graduation for MINE. What a wonderful space! In a beautiful neighborhood. I always like to go to Brooklyn because I feel I can breathe. This feeling is echoed in the space; it’s got big beautiful windows that let in the light and the neighborhood, but feels intimate. Another plus, it’s easy to get to (I tried to get lost, but couldn’t)

New Body Project is truly such a welcoming space. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and supported. The classes are intimate, which makes it easy to learn everyone’s names and actually build real connections. It doesn’t feel intimidating — it feels like community. Everyone shows up with such a positive attitude. The members are encouraging, warm, and genuinely cheer each other on. It creates an environment where you feel motivated to push yourself, but never pressured. Nundiah is also incredibly thoughtful. She takes the time to ask about any previous injuries or health concerns before class so she can offer modifications if needed. That level of care makes you feel seen and safe.

This community and workout changed my life! I have never enjoyed working out so much and haven’t been back to a traditional gym since! I thought HIIT training would be tough for my lower back - but I couldn’t have been more wrong! I have been working out consistently for over a year here and love the people that this community attracts. I love the high energy workouts, great music and the love that the owner Danielle puts into this business. Attending The New Body Project workouts is a bright spot if my day and ALWAYS puts me in a better mood. If you are evaluating places to support your mind, body and spirit - look no further! This is IT!!

The New Body Project is unique: the workout and the whole vibe are right at the intersection of challenging and welcoming. When you sign up for a class the trainers expect you to be there, and they get to know your body well enough to tailor workouts to accommodate injuries and strengthen weakness. I started working out here regularly a few months ago and feel much stronger - and most important - much more motivated to keep up the momentum of getting myself to the gym!

If you’re focusing on your fitness goals for this coming new year, or anytime, I highly recommend The New Body Project. This place checks all the boxes for me. You have the benefit of group training and individualized support. There is a nice balance of aerobic, strength, and functional mobility training. The trainers are experienced, engaging, and make the workouts challenging and fun. The owner is relentless in pursuing new ways to help people improve their fitness. Joining this community of supportive, bad-ass women was one of the best decisions I made this year.
