I am a fitness enthusiast and have been in the industry a long time, both as an instructor and as a client of many gyms, private training facilities and boutique fitness establishments. I have been a member of The Fort for two months now and I absolutely love it. The programs are thoughtful and affective and the coaches are all terrific. The time flies by and I genuinely look forward to all of my sessions. The price is beyond fair and worth every penny. If you are flexible and can manage to work out during off peak hours there are even more attractive packages that offer even more savings. I am so grateful to have found The Fort.

My brother, girlfriend, and I all completed 6 sessions at The Fort recently. It was such an incredible experience. The trainers are all awesome - very warm, encouraging, but also push you to your limit. The training programs are truly rewarding. The classes are very well structured and always have you ending with a full effort. Definitely a must try if you're looking to build strength and be part of a community pushes each other to new levels.

I love the fort! I personally spent most of my time in the HYROX classes, but overall the coaching and staff were phenomenal and it was the best workout In NYC. I unfortunately moved to Chicago, but would be the first to sign up if they ever opened a location here :)

I have been coming to The Fort for a year and a half now, and I love it! I am huge on accountability, and The Fort provides the perfect amount that I need; between the excellent coaches and the incredible community of other clients, it's been the most consistent I have ever been with any exercise. I have seen results, both inside and out, which is incredibly encouraging, and my doctor has even commented on my improved health and has encouraged me to keep doing what I am doing. You can tell how much time and effort goes into developing each program, how serious the Fort team is about supporting their community, and how passionate they are about what they do! If you're into strength training/personal trainer style workouts (and even if you're not), it's definitely worth the trial period to see if this is for you!

I love working out on vacation and The Fort made it super easy to arrange drop-in visits during my recent NYC trip. This functional fitness gym does 60min small group training on repeat throughout the day. One coach for max 4 people. I can’t wait to drop-in again next time I visit NYC.
