I can’t say enough good things about this fitness studio - Ify does an amazing job! — It truly is a gem in the neighborhood! Every instructor brings something unique and incredible to their classes, and I feel so fortunate to have found this place. Kara’s Barre classes are no joke—she kicks my butt in the best way possible! Tatiana’s energy is contagious, and she has helped me build strength I didn’t know I had. Jessica’s yoga classes are so tailored and dynamic; they’re both challenging and rejuvenating. Elizabeth introduced me to the Pilates Chair, and now I can’t get enough of it! Makeda gave me an amazing stretch and flow session today that left me feeling renewed, and Dianna’s humor and energy make her yoga classes both fun and challenging. Duana is a fantastic Pilates instructor, and Denise might just be my favorite of all—she radiates sunshine but still knows how to push you to your limits in the best way. This studio is more than a fitness space; it’s a community and a gift to everyone who steps through its doors. I’ve been meaning to write this for a while because it truly deserves recognition. I always look forward to the time I get to spend here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, motivating, and special place to work out!

Wonderful studio, part of the small local "The Fit In" chain. I go every weekend for the Stretch&Release and Strength&Length classes. Mostly regulars, but very welcoming to newcomers. Great attention to form. I can't ever leave Bed-Stuy, because how could I live without this gym?

It’s a great studio. The vibe is correct, everyone seems very familiar with each other and kind. The instructors are very knowledgeable. It’s never intimidating. I like the small class size and if you buy a pack of 10 classes it comes out to $22 a class. Honestly a decent price since classes with 20 people are going for $50 each in Manhattan these days. My only critique is that it’s really hard to book at class because their class times are pretty limited and the classes only have like 4-6 people each.

i took my first-ever pilates class here recently - the reformer foundations class - and i really enjoyed it. the atmosphere was welcoming; it was a small space with only a few folks, which made me feel less vulnerable to covid (not a huge gym w many people coming & going & sweating on things); and the instructor was very patient & helpful. i will be taking more classes for sure

Had my first class here this week - don't know what took me so long, but I'm happy I finally got myself in! Indoor class was small and the instructor, Chalice, was great! Can't wait to go back for more.
