Hannah is a great instructor. Even though I never did Pilates until six months ago, she made me feel comfortable and capable that I can listen to my body while following her instructions during the class. I would strongly recommend her if you want to create a new healthy habit and at the same time have fun and laugh during the challenging but much needed exercises that are included in the sessions. Is the best way you can start your journey with Pilates!!!

I took Pilates instruction from Hannah for a few months and could not recommend her more highly! She was a very attentive teacher, and her style was a perfect match for me — the workouts were tough in the best way, but she was also very mindful of my form and injury prevention and always knew exactly what adjustments to make if I needed them. I felt like I was in very good hands and really enjoyed her energy!

Hannah's Pilates classes are consistent, challenging and provide a feel good factor. I could physically and mentally notice the improvement in my body after a few classes. She is very clear in stating the expectations of each exercise, highlighting which muscles should be worked and instructing me to make adjustments based on my individual body structure. As a beginner she started with reformer classes then gradually increased the level of difficulty and I was doing hundreds on a mat no problem! Thank you Hannah!

I've been taking Hannah's classes for a few months already, and this is one of my best investments this year! I was able to feel the difference right after our 1st session. My body is getting stronger, more flexible and more beautiful with each class. As a bonus, I always have a great mood after the class for the rest of the day :) Hannah's classes are challenging enough for you to feel all your tiniest muscles and at the same time this challenge is achievable and really doable, thanks to Hannah's personalized approach. She adjusts the challenge based on your body's needs. I especially love the method she uses when explaining each movement - she shows how your body should move, what & where you should feel and why. I highly recommend Hanna's Pilates classes, if you would like to bring your body and your pilates experience to the next level!
