Had my first class with Mike on Wednesday at 5:15pm, and it was fantastic! Right from the start, he asked about any injuries, thoroughly explained the class concept, and let me know I could modify movements as needed. Throughout the session, he constantly checked in on me, corrected my form, and kept me motivated with encouragement. I highly recommend giving his class a try, you won’t regret it. Thank you, Mike, for such a wonderful experience!

Best workouts in town!!! I have been coming here for over a year and I just decided to write a review so everyone can understand how much I love it here. If you are looking to get the best workouts, you are in the right place. The classes are Tabata based, meaning timed exercises designed to make you reach your maximum capacity with repetition. I’ve never felt stronger, and my body is really seeing a change. Also the staff and trainers are incredible. Is very nice to come train to a place like this and feel supported.

Tabata Ultimate Fitness has the best workouts I've had in my life. I've traveled quite a bit and have not found anything that comes close to the quality and intensity of the workouts here. You'll leave with everything taken out of you, but feeling energized and confident in the accomplishment. The trainers all care about you, about you pushing yourself, and want you to succeed. As a locally-owned business, the gym also doesn't have the overly bougie/stuffy aura of other, highly corporate gyms in NYC. Mike, the owner, teaches classes himself and has a wealth of knowledge about health and fitness, which he will happily share if you ask. Cannot recommend enough!

First timer- Tabata provides a kind, welcoming, high energy environment. haven’t worked out in months and the exercises were difficult but adjustable. I’d say it’s definitely beginner friendly. Fun, loud but not too-loud music. Overall great vibes

Discovered this place through ClassPass and had an awesome Tabata 50/10 experience with Mike. Not only did the workouts prove to be challenging, but Mike was incredibly thorough and supportive in guiding us through the movements. I thoroughly enjoyed the easy-to-follow structure of the workouts and instruction, the intensity level, as well as Mike's uplifting attitude.
