Prana gave me the best possible introduction to yoga. Two weeks ago I walked into my first class ever, Yin Yoga with Rita, and last week I returned for Soft Vinyasa Energy and Release, also with Rita, and both experiences were genuinely remarkable. I came in as a complete beginner and, after an elbow injury that temporarily took me out of my usual sports routine, I was not expecting to find something that felt both restorative and genuinely challenging. Rita teaches with calm authority and precise clarity, creating a space where one feels fully engaged from their first breath. I left each class feeling more connected to my body than I have in a long time. The studio is beautiful, the atmosphere is respectful and grounded, and the quality of instruction is exceptional.

I really enjoy Prana Yoga Studio, especially Mariya. She is an amazing instructor and truly a guide in breathing and letting go. Her classes are calming, grounding, and deeply supportive. I always leave feeling lighter, more centered, and connected. Prana Yoga Studio has become a place I genuinely look forward to.

My very first Yoga at Prana was yesterday and my first thought was: wow, I couldn’t even expect but it’s much much better. Rita instructor was incredible. The atmosphere, cleanliness, luxury session accessories 🌿 THANK YOU I’ll come back for sure

I have been attending the studio for about 7 months now and I haven’t thought about going anywhere else! I love that they offer a variety of classes such as sound bath meditation, pilates, and vinyasa to name some. It’s a warm and peaceful environment with beautiful energy. :) The instructors are awesome!
