reviewsWhat Members Say
Members praise the gym for its friendly and supportive staff, motivating atmosphere, and comprehensive amenities like cryo chambers and massage beds. However, many report significant maintenance issues with equipment, including wobbly ellipticals, slipping treadmill belts, and broken heart monitors, which raise safety concerns. Cleanliness is a major complaint, with dirty locker rooms, bathrooms, and machines, especially on weekends, and some note a lack of soap in restrooms. Space allocation is criticized, as the large cardio area often sits empty while the smaller lifting section becomes overcrowded, making workouts challenging during busy hours.

This is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, the atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is super friendly and supportive. Every workout here feels worth it, and I can confidently say I’ll keep coming back every single time.

An okay gym on the decline. This particular location is highly trafficked so It's understandable that its often not very clean both in the locker room/bathrooms as well as the machines. What I take issue with is the Ellipticals which many people warm up on. Most of them are wobbly, or not level to the ground which is dangerous to the user. Similarly the treadmills are in desperate need of repair, many of the belts slip which can cause injury. One big gripe is people recording themselves and others in the locker rooms with their phones. There is a sign posted by Planet Fitness, but there needs to be enforcement because other members don't feel comfortable when this is happening. You shouldn't have to worry about someone recording you when you're getting changed. I don't think theres a single time I've used the toilet here where it wasn't covered in piss. The staff is always downstairs hanging out when upstairs there is desperate need of things to be cleaned on a regular basis. For the price, I guess you can't beat it, but It might be time for me to start investigating something slightly more expensive if it means a better than bargain basement experience.

My $25 a month should get me machines that actually work, soap dispensers in the restroom that are ALL filled everyday of the week today is Friday only one with soap surely I’m not the only one that needs to wash my hands ? The first row of treadmills, none of them the heart monitor works, the second row the first treadmill doesn’t even go past 0.5 in speed. Not to mention on Sundays. On Sunday I let the manager know already .. I’ve been going every day regularly. That’s why I had to put a review because nothing has been done. If you don’t maintenance your machines and when things break down, you need to get them fixed people come to work out don’t need to worry about maintenance of the workout equipment 😳It smells like sweaty disgusting 🤢 bodies on the weekend , not weekday for some reason..I guess they don’t clean on Sundays or like they used to when Covid was rampant. The PF workers need clean off the machines they just walking around looking at everyone they need to service machines & clean the place up. The 2 stars is it’s close to my apt 😂

2/3 of this gym is taken by the cardio machines which most of them remain vacant even at the rush hour, on the other hand the lifting section makes merely 1/3 out of this gym and it’s constantly busy throughout most of the day, if you’d come at the busy hour , working out will be almost impossible. Every single machine, bench and dumbbells are taken. And people are really taking their time with it … I mentioned this issue to they management but nothing has been done to improve the experience…
