I’ve been coming to Simona’s for three years, doing both private lessons and classes. In that time, I’ve gotten stronger (mentally and physically), improved my mobility and significantly developed my Pilates practice. The instructors are knowledgeable and have gotten to know me and tailor each session to my goals. The classes are small and focus on ensuring each student is learning, and practicing safely. A perfect blend of physically challenging, while really developing my skills and technique. The studio is bright and clean and truly feels like a welcoming community.

Tracie is exactly the kind of Pilates teacher that I've been looking for, who offers a more holistic and somatic approach than "traditional Pilates" does, and is very focused on healing and pain management. I have had a number of surgeries (hip and knee replacement, and toe fusion surgery) as well as a fractured shoulder and Tracie has always been able to identify the area that needs work and why I might be compensating for injuries. She has really helped me become aware of my body and movements and develop a mind body connection that I never had before. It never ceases to amaze me when she is able to pinpoint miniscule changes that I need to make, or how to explain to me to think about a movement that I am having trouble with. I've been training with Tracie for over two years now and our sessions are always super informative, challenging in different but great ways, and full of learning experiences!

I've been going to Pilates by Simona for a few years, training with Tracie Matthews. The studio is lovely, well-equipped and bright. Tracie is wonderful, great at explaining new exercises, correcting my form and amazing at thinking about causes and solutions for various body aches and imbalances. I would heartily recommend!

As the owner of the studio, it's not easy for me to fit classes in my schedule. But when I can do it. Kesa's classes are ALWAYS exceptional. They consistently push the boundaries and I get my work done. It's amazing to have such talented trainers in my studio!

I love the studio. It has truly changed my life. I can’t thank Tiffany and Patricia before her enough for their guidance and help will my core strength, flexibility and posture. The experience is rigorous yet really comfortable. The machinery is terrific and up-to-date. I feel so fortunate to get to go there. For anyone that loves Pilates or is interested in learning more I highly recommend a visit to Pilates by Simone.
